
Orlando Healthy Cooking is now offering classes in a variety of Asian and Mediterranean styles of cooking. The classes are given in three formats:
Classes at our kitchen are small and intimate. This will permit the student to gain the confidence needed to change any recipe to one that will meet a healthier style and provide the student with the knowledge to use the abundance of herbs & spices available.
